His artistic experience is added to a career in the production and management of cultural works. In 2014 he went deeper into cultural production and project management. He worked as a producer of major events at the São Paulo Municipal Department of Culture in 2015 and 2016. Soon he began to provide consultancy in cultural projects, helping from the idea to the execution. Creator and responsible for PLiJ – Jacareí Literary Award/2018. He was a partner of the producers Sim Cultura (highlighted for the production of TeatroSOLO, by the Argentine Matías Umpierrez in São Paulo), Sorella Produções (fundraising and management of incentive projects) and Périplo Produções (international production). He was part of the coordination of international production at Feverestival of 2014, 2015 and 2020. With this experience, he conceived and founded the professional platform for artists, cult_B ( www.cultb.art – launched in Nov/2019). Among his partners, he has been working for OnStageLab, BrLab and Klaxon Cultura Audiovisual (via Sorella Prod.), and produces his own project @biscoitagens.
